Responsibilities:
- €¢ Providing IT support on a day to day basis to all end users.
- €¢ Project management of IT projects as approved by company. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services in accordance to scopes of works.
- €¢ Monitor and follow up for all internal and external system / Infrastructure within the organization.
- €¢ Perform daily monitoring on network, system security ,CCTV and door access system.
- €¢ Perform network and Infra maintenance.
- €¢ Maintain on the existing IT hardware/software assets.
- €¢ Perform/monitor data backups and data recovery operations.
- €¢ Helpdesk support; Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- €¢ Understanding the overall system for the organization and process flow to ensure no downtime.
Requirements:
- €¢ Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- €¢ Experience in PHP with MVC and framework, MySQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS, XML and Web security will be advantages
- €¢ At least 1 year of working experience in the related field / industry is required for this position.
- €¢ Candidate must be willing to travel to branches as and when required.
- €¢ Required languages: Mandarin, English & Malay.
- €¢ Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, team player and result oriented.
- €¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
