Responsibilities:

  • €¢ To perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategics and provide food solutions to customers.
  • €¢ Look for customers who need to create sales opportunities & develop the account.
  • €¢ To develop and build trade markets and potential HORECA customers within assigned territory.
  • €¢ Forecasting the business, monitoring sales in the market to ensure target and objectives are met.
  • €¢ Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
  • €¢ Development of strong customer relationships.
  • €¢ Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with the company term.
  • €¢ Work closely with the cross-functional team.
  • €¢ Team player and understand your own role.
  • €¢ Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report to superior / sales manager.

Requirements:

  • €¢ Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • €¢ Excellent communication and people skills.
  • €¢ Good planning and organization skills.
  • €¢ Able to work under pressure.
  • €¢ Over deliver and achieve a high performance level.
  • €¢ Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
  • €¢ Candidates with working experience in food service / FMCG market would be an advantage.
  • €¢ Willing to travel.
