Responsibilities:
- €¢ To perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategics and provide food solutions to customers.
- €¢ Look for customers who need to create sales opportunities & develop the account.
- €¢ To develop and build trade markets and potential HORECA customers within assigned territory.
- €¢ Forecasting the business, monitoring sales in the market to ensure target and objectives are met.
- €¢ Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
- €¢ Development of strong customer relationships.
- €¢ Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with the company term.
- €¢ Work closely with the cross-functional team.
- €¢ Team player and understand your own role.
- €¢ Provide work plan and weekly sales activity report to superior / sales manager.
Requirements:
- €¢ Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- €¢ Excellent communication and people skills.
- €¢ Good planning and organization skills.
- €¢ Able to work under pressure.
- €¢ Over deliver and achieve a high performance level.
- €¢ Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
- €¢ Candidates with working experience in food service / FMCG market would be an advantage.
- €¢ Willing to travel.
